Q: What is this? What is a Plush/Fabric Doll?
A: This is a life-size plush doll. Its outer surface is made of smooth, soft custom short plush fabric that does not shed, is very comfortable, easy to wash, quick to dry, and durable. The inside is filled with high-quality PP cotton, which is elastic, fluffy, and retains its shape. PP cotton is widely used in stuffed toys, bedding, and Disney plush dolls. Other filling materials are not recommended, though advanced users may experiment at their own risk.

Q: What is the approximate delivery time after purchase?
A:

  • Asia: 5–7 business days

  • Europe, North & South America: 7–15 business days

Q: How do I clean my dolls?
A: Our dolls are very easy to clean. They can be washed by hand or in a washing machine. For detailed instructions, please refer to our cleaning tutorial.

Q: Is the packaging discreet?
A: Yes. We make every effort to protect your privacy. Your order will arrive in a plain brown box—couriers won’t know what’s inside.

Q: How can I track my package?
A: Once your order is shipped, we provide a tracking number. You can click the number or enter it on the carrier’s website to check the status. Please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 business days after shipping. If there is no update for an extended period, contact us.

Q: I bought the skin version. How do I stuff it? Is it difficult?
A: Stuffing is not difficult but requires patience. Each product page includes a stuffing video. If needed, you can contact customer service after purchase and provide your email—we can send the tutorial directly. Please also see our detailed stuffing guide.

Q: Where can I buy cotton for the skin version, and how much do I need?
A: Each doll’s required amount of cotton is listed in the product specifications. For further guidance, contact our online support. Recommended suppliers are available on our blog.

Q: Will the doll feel hot in summer?
A: No. The plush surface is fine and silky, allowing skin to breathe. Unlike silicone or leather, it doesn’t block pores or affect heat dissipation. It’s comfortable for summer use, but it won’t feel cool.

Q: Will the doll feel warm in winter?
A: The doll’s PP cotton filling generates slight warmth when compressed. Unlike silicone, it does not absorb body heat but helps retain warmth. Lightweight and insulating, our plush dolls offer practical advantages over life-size silicone dolls.

Q: Why use a wig with a hood?
A: The doll’s head is smooth. Using a hooded wig is the most practical solution to prevent hair from falling off and simplify dressing. Long hair is an important visual feature and enhances realism more than masks. If you have better solutions, feel free to share with our customer service.

Q: Can the dolls be customized?

Q: What are the differences between Slim, Chubby, and BBW body types?
A: They differ in height, chest, waist, and hip measurements. Choose based on preference:

  • Prefer larger chest/hips: choose Chubby or BBW.

  • Prefer agility and control: choose Slim.

Q: How to choose the doll’s height?
A: All dolls are life-size, but perception varies since they are static. Here are practical suggestions:

  • 160–170 cm users → choose dolls below 160 cm

  • 170–180 cm users → choose dolls above 160 cm

  • Fans of BBW below 175 cm → choose 155 cm or below

  • Fans of BBW 175–200 cm → choose 160 cm or above
