Refund & Return Policy

We strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products.
Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Orders may be canceled before shipment for a 100% full refund.
Please note that PayPal transaction fees (approximately 5%) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund (subject to PayPal’s actual charge).


After Shipment

Once the order has been shipped, any refund request will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the product price, regardless of the reason.


Customized / Made-to-Order Items

All customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects.

Minor variations in appearance, size, texture, or craftsmanship are considered normal and do not qualify as defects.


Shipping Delays & Lost Packages

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are not grounds for full refunds.

If the courier officially confirms that the package was lost during transit, we will offer one of the following solutions, at our discretion:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A partial refund of up to 50% of the order value.


Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows the package as successfully delivered, responsibility transfers to the courier.
Customers are advised to contact their local delivery company for further investigation.

In such cases, full refunds are not available.
Only 20% of the order value may be refunded if applicable, at our discretion.

If the courier officially confirms that the package was lost, we will arrange a replacement shipment.


Returns After Delivery (If Accepted)

If a return is approved, a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returned items must be unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding refunds, returns, or replacements.


If you receive your order and notice any issues, please contact us within 10 days of delivery.
We will do our best to resolve the problem promptly.
